Diana has spent more than 15 years building impact initiatives and partnership alliances. Diana is passionate about large scale market based impact solutions and the strategic public private partnerships that shift systems. Diana believes that business transformation today - for companies big and small- must include purpose-driven strategies and public private partnerships to achieve competitive advantage, business growth and resilience.

Currently Diana is a Founder of Factor Impact, a firm that helps companies address investor, customer, community and talent demands for ‘profit with a purpose.’ We help clients generate new data-driven insights, business strategies, risk analysis, and partnerships to integrate purpose into core business.

Diana is also Founder of Walker Impact Strategies, a firm that works to drive innovation and solve societal challenges through partner collaboration strategies for high social impact return on financial and intellectual capital investments.

Diana has built purpose driven strategies and partnerships for Fortune 50 companies, Fortune 500 companies, small and medium size enterprises, and new ventures. Previously, Diana led the United Nations Foundation public private partnerships, building and facilitating cross-sector partnerships between the UN and corporations, governments agencies and Heads of State, entrepreneurs, non-profits and foundations, impact investors, and others to create sustainable impact. Diana is Chair of the Social Sector Accelerator, sits on the Board of Counterpart International and the Posner Center and is an Advisory Member of Maverick Next. She is a Member of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Forum and Nexus Global, and has mentored entrepreneurs through the Resolution Project.
